Ali has been involved in Forensic Accounting since 1998. He has handled over 250 cases in securities litigation in addition to other varied cases involving Intellectual Property claims, SEC & Receivership cases, White collar crimes, whistleblower cases, embezzlement & fraud cases. Additionally, he has provided his expertise in advisory services in Banking regulatory compliance, BSA/AML compliance, Bankruptcy cases, and M&A.

Hamish has more than 10 years of experience in forensic accounting. This includes preparing reports and undertaking investigations in commercial, personal injury and fraud matters.

Adrian has been involved econometric and statistical modeling since 1986. His expertise includes providing statistical and economic estimates and forecasts for lost earnings and profits, damage estimates and litigation support. Away from the office, Adrian coaches his child’s soccer team, runs marathons and enjoys scuba diving, bike riding, theater and ethnic food.

Hank has been involved exclusively in the field of Forensic Accounting since 1985.  His expertise includes the calculation of damages due to breach of contract, trademark & copyright infringement, personal injury and wrongful death, as well as cases involving various fraud schemes, business valuation, marital dissolution and partnership/corporate dissolution.  When not at work, Hank spends his time coaching his children’s little league and soccer teams and enjoys high-altitude backpacking and hiking.

Chris has worked in the IT industry for over 13 years and has in-depth experience of many IT systems, particularly server and email. For the last three years, he has worked in the field of forensic technology, applying his knowledge to e-discovery processes, digital evidence recovery and investigations. In his spare time, when not being jumped on by his young son, Chris enjoys getting covered - often to his eyeballs - in mud on his mountain bike.

Marcia commenced with RGL in November 2004 after working in various accounting roles including audit, financial controlling and a period of time contracting in London . She has been involved in a range of forensic engagements including investigating payroll fraud, calculating economic loss and analysing business interruption claims.  Marcia enjoys spending time at Perth's beautiful beaches, walking her dog, playing various sports and travelling.

Since 1995, Derek has been focused exclusively on forensic accounting, he has handled losses of various scopes and sizes for insurers and lawyers in the US. When not in the office, Derek enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf and attending local sporting events. 

Since 1997, Eric has dedicated his professional career to forensic accounting. He has handled losses arising from Hurricane claims to multi-million dollar fire losses. When away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and attending his daughters’ sporting activities. 

Kurt has worked in forensic accounting exclusively since 1988. He has headed insurance recovery and litigation matters throughout the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Asia and Mexico. When not at work, Kurt enjoys his distance running, home improvements and spending time with his twin daughters.
