Stuart has specialised in forensic accounting since joining RGL in 2011. Prior to this he was involved on audit, accounting, consultancy and forensic assignments within general practice since 1996, with extensive experience across a broad range of industries.
Stuart has worked in the evaluation of financial quantum involving a wide range of circumstances including loss of profit, business valuation, solvency, loss of opportunity, freezing injunctions, business interruption, professional negligence, breach of warranty and fraud, working on single joint instructions and also on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants.
Stuart has also carried out accounting reviews on funds held by third parties on behalf of Insurers.

Stuart has assisted in the preparation of expert evidence for Court, including business valuation, solvency and commercial disputes. This has involved attendance at expert meetings, conferences with Counsel and the quantification of losses for mediation.
