A Supervisor is a practicing professional with the skills, judgment and qualities of leadership that the profession demands. Working closely with Supervisors and subordinates, the Supervisor directs the day-to-day execution of assigned projects or projects he/she generates. The Supervisor is responsible for the timely completion of assignments, effectively managing multiple assignments at any given time, directing the review of an assignment and developing appropriate review procedures, and providing suggestions. The Supervisor assigns and supervises the work of Para-Professionals, the Staff and the Senior positions as required and, through directing their on-the-job training, contributes to their professional development. The Supervisor must demonstrate solid skills as a licensed professional and possess the skills needed for advancement.
- Bachelors of Arts or Science Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- Possess and maintains a valid CA, CPA license or other approved credential such as the ASA, ABV, AVA, CFE, or CFF
- Four to Five years progressive experience, general knowledge of accounting systems, team-player, enthusiastic, accountable and motivate.
