Chief Executive Officer
Angie MacPhee is an energetic leader who has excelled in executive, accounting, finance, and operations roles.
She is the Chief Executive Officer at RGL Forensics, a multidisciplinary forensic accounting and consulting services firm that delivers accurate financial analysis for businesses in critical situations. Hired by RGL in 2010, she oversees firm-wide operations of 25 offices on 5 continents and a global executive team. She also serves on the Strategic Governing Board and, with the board, is responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving the growth of the firm. As a leader, Angie is recognized as a key contributor who innovates, adopts multiple perspectives, resourcefully problem solves and consistently delivers beyond expectations.
Her leadership background has allowed her the unique opportunity to better her community through work with not-for-profit and for-profit boards and associations. Angie currently serves on the board for Colorado Business Bank, on the Global Board of Directors for the Association for Corporate Growth as well as the ACG Executive Committee. She has previously served on the board of trustees for Warren Village and the board for the Denver Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Prior to joining RGL, Angie was the Vice President of the Timberline Region for O’Neal Steel, Inc., a $2.6 billion dollar company. Included in her tenure at O’Neal Steel, Angie was CFO of Timberline Steel where she was charged with leading the organization through its sale and transition into the new parent company, O’Neal Steel. Angie began her career in the Denver office of Arthur Andersen, gaining experience working with public and private companies in manufacturing, technology, health care, advertising and higher education.
Angie holds a Masters of Business Administration, as well as a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado. She is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of Colorado.
