Stuart has worked in the accountancy profession for over 22 years, specialising in forensic accounting since 2011, with extensive experience involving SMEs and OMBs across a broad range of industries both in the UK and overseas.
Proficient in the evaluation of financial quantum involving a wide range of circumstances, with a particular focus in insurance and litigation matters involving business valuation, such as warranty & indemnity claims, shareholder and matrimonial disputes and professional negligence, working on behalf of Insurers, Claimants, Defendants and on single joint instructions.
Also involved in the quantification of damages involving fraud, business interruption, loss of opportunity, freezing injunctions, solvency and loss of profit and has carried out accounting reviews including the investigation and reconciliation of funds held by third parties on behalf of Insurers.
