Working on behalf of multinational clients including global law firms and insurance companies, Tony has testified in the High Court in London, Crown and District Courts, the Technology and Construction Court, and in arbitrations in the UK, the US, Switzerland and Southern Africa.
In addition to expert testimony in a court setting, Tony is a recognised expert in alternative dispute resolution. He is an accredited mediator, a chartered arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
